Peaceful and absolutely perfect location in a pretty quiet area near the beautiful garden as well as Quintana Roo. Good choice of food options not too far from the venue. Lovely building and rooms with a giant comfy bed with views of the garden.

This hotel is conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer. You can even take a short walk to a public pier where you can enjoy swimming in the beautiful lagoon. Additionally, the rooms are perfectly clean and the staff is incredibly friendly, providing top-notch service. The hotel even offers free amenities like drinking water and bikes for guests to use.
There were some ants that emerged from cracks in the floor, which could be a bit bothersome.

This place has a great location, just slightly out of the main zone, making it peaceful but easily accessible. the rooms are comfortable with ample storage space and the bed is the most spacious and comfortable I've ever slept in. the staff are welcoming and kind, and there is a fully stocked kitchen with free water, hot water, and coffee/tea. the bathroom is spacious with great hot water and pressure. the outdoor space, including the garden and patio, is enjoyable, and renting bikes is free. a well-run hotel with friendly staff and great amenities.
Felt so at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Sandra, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was very accommodating. the hotel had a shared kitchen with drinking water, coffee, and tea available at all times. the outdoor sitting areas with hammocks and tables were really nice. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the public access to the lake and close to the main square. the hotel was simple yet clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
One minor issue was the payment process. But overall, this was a small inconvenience compared to the great experience we had at the hotel.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the location was perfect, with a short walk to a public pier where we could swim in the crystal-clear lagoon. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, including fresh fruit and homemade pancakes. the hotel also had a beautiful garden area where we could relax and unwind.
One minor issue we experienced was the intermittent internet connection, but the staff quickly resolved it.

Our stay at Hotelito Kuyche in Bacalar was fantastic! The value for money was excellent, and the room exceeded our expectations with its comfortable bed and beautiful garden views. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the tourist attractions. The staff, especially Sandra, were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Hotelito Kuyche. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the public dock. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The property itself was kept immaculately clean, and I loved spending time in the peaceful garden area. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The WiFi worked flawlessly, which was important for my remote work. I felt right at home during my stay and would definitely choose Hotelito Kuyche again when I return to Bacalar.
Although the WiFi generally worked well, it had some issues in the front room near the hotel entrance. Additionally, it would have been nice if breakfast was included in the room rate.
